ABOUT
THE ORIGIN OF HAYDEN OPERATIONS CONSULTING:
In the fall of 2020, I took the Kenan-Flagler Business School's "Advanced Spreadsheet Modeling" course. Shortly afterward, to blend my passions for business operations, community service, and Spanish, I joined the El Centro Hispano tutoring program. I then asked if I could become more involved and earned a business intern position. Fast-forward through several weeks of diligent behind the scenes work and I was promoted to Operations Manager. Being able to proactively create this opportunity for myself motivated me to start Hayden Operations Consulting to help other businesses.

MY ACADEMICS:
I am a sophomore Economics and Business student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I serve as the Co-President of the Dean's Advancement Council, an avid member of the Kenan-Flagler Marketing Club, and the Operations Manager at El Centro Hispano tutoring.

MY RESULTS-DRIVEN MODEL:
(1) Assess the client's business, (2) Gauge the client's operational needs, (3) Brainstorm sustainable solutions to improve the client's operations, (4) If necessary, tweak solutions based on the client's feedback, (5) And finally, optimize the business's operations.

PERSONAL LIFE:
Steering away from the professional aspects of my life, I am the oldest of five siblings, a devoted Baltimore Ravens and Chelsea FC fan, intrigued by Bitcoin and Tesla, and in my free time, I frequently watch the podcast "The Joe Rogan Experience."
